Drake is overtaking Tiktok with his Toosie Slide

Lives, collaborations, and jams can be found daily on every platform. To be honest I´m in love with the rise of this creative class.
One platform, in particular, has been booming for musicians this last period: Tiktok.
The opportunity of uploading a song and it becoming viral is one the fastest and cheapest ways to promote their art. I´ve seen artists this past 2 weeks organize giveaways and give private phonecalls to incentivize their fanbase to produce content on their song.
It didn´t take long for the best selling artist of 2018 to jump on the occasion. Last week, Drake released his song Toosie Slide and it took only a couple hours for it to be viral. On Youtube, the song generated 18M views.
But the song had another goal behind it: Overtaking Tiktok. With 158k videos uploaded until now, everyone is doing his own version of the Toosie Slide.
