For so long, I thought that procrastination was a bad phenomenon that I experienced on regular basis. My interests were varied and some tasks seemed easier to complete than others depending on the period or format.

The problem was at some point I decided to venture into entrepreneurship, freelancing, and coaching. I couldn't afford anymore to procrastinate!

Like every person interested in this domain, I started reading self-help, human behavior, and psychology books. I managed to get the best out of myself by pushing and following an army-like mindset.

Every task had to follow a strict schedule and I kept focusing on sharpening my discipline.

A couple of years later, I burned out and habits that used to make sense didn´t anymore as I was faced with different problems.

So once and for all I decided to dig more into psychology and neuroscience to understand what was happening inside my brain.

The results changed my life! So here I am sharing with you my findings in hope that you can apply them to your life.
