If I were to tell that someone completed 3207 pullups in 12 hours, ran 14 ultra-endurance races (100 miles+) and completed 3 times the hardest commando training camp, you would probably call me a liar.

His name is David Goggins.

A navy seal, ultramarathon runner, motivational speaker and author of the best-seller self-help book ´Can´t hurt me´.

Here are the top lessons that I learned from one of the toughest guys on earth.

1- Push yourself daily

Learn to love being uncomfortable.

True growth comes from quitting your comfort zone. Go to war with your brain

Practice this routine regularly. Repetition will build calluses in your brain, widen your perspectives.

2- Take full responsibility

Not only for your current and future actions but for the past one as well.

Acknowledge your previous mistakes and tell the people that you wronged.

The truth will set you free

3- Procrastination kills
